The following are actual examples which demonstrate the need for a smart  utilities dashboard that goes beyond the capabilities of existing energy management systems and dashboards that capture,  monitor,  and report  utility data -- but are unable to detect, diagnose,  and evaluate anomalies   in the data --   overlooking massive amounts of ongoing hidden waste in   usage,  power utilization, and  charged amounts,  waste, which unlike billing errors, tends to be recurring –- and once wasted, cannot be recovered.
